		<description>This was my experience as well Janine... including a nephew not understanding how an 'IT person' did not know how to walk!

I read recently how some large companies may complement help/consumer support phone lines with immersive environments like SL in the near future as bandwidth improves... 

I suspect the most useful aspects of these immersive environments are yet to emerge for education... but there are many educators who can see potential and are playing... 

It has now moved me into the gaming world... lots of educational potential there as well...

I've not been 'in world' for a few weeks but plan to get back soon - hope to meet you...</description>
